Cancellation Policy

Full payment will apply unless notice is given as follows;

  • Over 48 hours – a full refund can be given or reschedule of your booking.

  • Under 48 hours but over 24 hours – reschedule, a date must be secured at the time of cancellation. At this stage no refund can be applied.

  • Under 24 hours – full payment taken.

  • For groups of 3 or more guests, we will require 48hrs notice to reschedule your current booking to an alternative day or a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to receive a refund.

  • An appointment can be rescheduled up to 3 times.

Hotel Guests

  • 24hr hours noticed from your scheduled arrival date is required for us to cancel your treatment or reschedule to an alternative date. We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control so in these circumstances it will be the manager’s discretion.

  • Any late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time and may result in the treatment being adapted to fit into that time.

  • All missed appointments and late arrivals will be charged 100% of the treatment price irrespective of any adaptions being required.
